Manchester United might have a forgotten man back in their squad vs Twente

Hojlund's return?

Rasmus Hojlund has not started a competitive game for United since May 6 as he was dropped for their final three fixtures of last season. He had an impact in all three, scoring against Newcastle and Brighton before helping United take the game away from City in the FA Cup final.

Since he returned from injury in March, Hojlund has been a better substitute than starter. He has scored once for club and country as the starting striker and he wasted some particularly good chances at the European Championship for Denmark.

An auspicious start to pre-season was abruptly halted when he sustained a hamstring injury four minutes after scoring against Arsenal in Los Angeles.
