Former Arsenal star slams 'disgusting' Man United decision as Erik ten Hag problem exposed

Former Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna has criticised Manchester United for their "disgusting" treatment of legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

The club is still dealing with the fallout from the harsh decision to terminate Ferguson's ambassadorial contract as part of Sir Jim Ratcliffe's ruthless cost-cutting measures across the club. Sagna went on to argue that United's talented players won't perform at their best in an unhealthy environment. He singled out Rasmus Hojlund as one of the stars who can't provide Erik ten Hag with the desired impact despite his promising performance against Brentford last time out.

The 41-year-old went on to say: "I'm not sure about Rasmus Hojlund - I don't think he is what Manchester United have been missing. United are a mess
