Coronation Street shock as Roy Cropper arrested for murder as another under suspicion

Weatherfield - and Coronation Street fans - are in for a shock next week as Roy Cropper is arrested on suspicion of murder. Following her last hunt for serial killer Stephen Reid, DS Swain is back on the street investigating the sudden disappearance of Lauren Bolton.

Later, Lauren's love interest Bobby had found her flat unlocked, with Lauren nowhere to be seen. It came after her earlier claims to Roy she was going to flee the street as he visited her with her wages after she stole from Bethany Platt, which saw her lose her job.
