Coronation Street's Alison King brands Chris Gascoyne 'comfiest coat' as she admits real tears over his exit

Coronation Street star Alison King has spoken fondly of her relationship with Chris Gascoyne after filming their final scenes together which viewers will see this Christmas. The special episode will see the couple look back over their tumultuous courtship and realise that, although they will always love each other, maybe they are better off apart.
