Coronation Street’s Elle Mulvaney shares loved-up Christmas day snap with co-star boyfriend

Coronation Street star Elle Mulvaney shared a loved-up photo as she celebrated Christmas with her co-star boyfriend. The actress, who plays Amy Barlow in the ITV soap, is in a relationship with fellow actor Liam Scholes, who viewers will recognise as Eli Higginson from the soap’s hate crime storyline.

The couple celebrated their first Christmas together last year, and this year they continued the tradition by posing for photos by the tree. Elle looked glam wearing a black diamante dress and the pair both grinned broadly.

Elle posted the photo alongside the caption: “Christmas 2023”, Liverpool Echo reports. Friends and fans soon flooded the sweet post with comments. Fellow Corrie actress Harriet Bibby who plays Summer Spellman, said "Merry Christmas you gorgeous pair."

Elle has played Amy Barlow since 2010, the eight child actor to take on the role. She was just 10 years old when she joined the show as the daughter of Tracy Barlow and Steve McDonald.
