Cody Rhodes, Finn Balor and five possible plans for Seth Rollins at WWE WrestleMania
With mere weeks to go before WrestleMania 38 in Dallas, there is still no clear plan for one of WWE’s biggest Superstars, Seth Rollins.
This past week on Monday Night Raw we saw Rollins and tag team partner Kevin Owens lose their Raw Tag Team Title match, and without a clear path to the grandest stage of them all. And while his partner is set for a WrestleMania meeting with Stone Cold Steve Austin, Seth left the show in a dazed state of shock at having no part to play in the event.

A US Title Battle
Seth has been no stranger in competing for the ‘mid-card’ titles at past big events. Cast your minds back to WrestleMania 34 when Rollins opened the event in a show-stealing Intercontinental Championship victory over Finn Balor and The Miz. Finn is now the current holder of the United States crown – a title which Seth has put over in the past – and while he may still be dealing with former champion Damian Priest, there’s enough time for Rollins to be easily slotted into the picture. Possibly claiming that it’s the last viable title he can challenge for at WrestleMania and use his history of beating Balor on the biggest stage to add some substance and back story to the match. There could be further scope of adding an additional name to the line-up and letting Seth lead a fun multi-man championship bout.
Put over NXT
The recent addition of Tomasso Ciampa to the Raw roster and the debut of Bron Breakker on the red brand this week, could open up an interesting path to WrestleMania for Seth Rollins and an NXT layered meeting. Seth could use his history of being the first-ever NXT Champion to lambast
