Christine McGuinness tells younger self she's 'doing well' after 'panic attacks' amid fresh 'news'

Christine McGuinness has said how she'd tell her younger self that she is 'doing well' as she offered an update on the 'panic attacks' she previously suffered when it came to travelling.

The 35-year-old took to social media as she ditched her Cheshire home for London where she had work commitments. Sharing a selfie from a lift, Christine said on Monday morning (February 19): "A night to myself (for work) but still. It's been a while! Mamas going to sleep tonight."

As she documented a bit of her journey, Christine shared a video of the train arriving at the station. Alongside the post, the model and media personality wrote: "These used to give me big panic attacks, I would drive myself everywhere!"

She added: "Now, I'm chillin'. I know it's a small thing, I'm not flaying a plan (probably could if I wanted to) but wow, when I think back to younger me, I'm doing so well."

Meanwhile, Christine also had some exciting news to share with her fans amid meetings in the capital. "My third book is out soon," she wrote alongside a face holding back tears emoji and a red love heart. "Another dream come true," she added as she showed off the front cover of 'The Magic is You, The Magic is Me'.

It comes after the mum-of-three said she 'can't believe' what has happened to her as she took a moment to reflect on where her life and career is at at the moment, including recently launching her own hair and beauty range in B&M.
