Celtic news bulletin as Andriy Lunin fires 'angry' Real Madrid demand while big-hearted Luis Palma shows class

Andriy Lunin is reportedly "angry" with Real Madrid over his treatment this season with Celtic keeping keen on the goalkeeper.

Record Sport understands the Ukraine international is being tracked by the Scottish Premiership champions as they weigh up the options in the market that can provide competition for Joe Hart in the number one spot - with Lunin's contract set to expire at the end of the current campaign. Lunin started the season as number one at the Bernabeu with Thibaut Courtois sidelined through injury.

However, Kepa was drafted in from Chelsea on loan and has taken the 24-year-old's spot between the sticks. Relevo state that Real are looking to to make the deal permanent - which has left Lunin "angry" with the club and there are now "no signs that he will renew." It is claimed that the player's agent is "encouraging him to seek" a move in January - which could clear the path to Parkhead.

Elsewhere, rising Honduras star Edwin Mungui has revealed that Celtic star Luis Palma has reached out to offer advice after his career was left in limbo. The 17-year-old had been left in limbo after moved from CDS Vida to Motagua collapsed in the final hours of the window. The paperwork was not delivered by Vida to seal the move - and he has been forced to train alone by the Honduran top flight side.

He has lifted the lid on his conversations with ex-Vida star Palma over his future - with the Hoops winger becoming a mentor for Mungui. The prospect told DIEZ: "Luis Palma taught me how to hit the ball, put my foot in the best way and the necessary spin.

"We do talk from time to time and he advises me to do things well in training. He is an example to follow because I want to be like him and we hope to get there to play with him
