Celebrity Big Brother viewers say 'she should apologise' as they defend Corrie's Colson Smith

Celebrity Big Brother viewers think Colson Smith deserves an apology from Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu as she appeared to ruffle feathers just days after entering the famous house. The Coronation Street actor and Love Island winner are among the famous faces taking part in the ITV reality series.

During Thursday night's (March 7) edition of house action, tensions were high as the first nominations took place. Gary Goldsmith, the uncle of the Princess of Wales, had already been put up for eviction by former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne as part of her "secret mission" during the launch show based upon first impressions.

It was then revealed that The Real Housewives Of Cheshire star Lauren Simon received the most nominations from her fellow housemates after they had to pick two people each and will therefore face the first eviction of the ITV series with Gary on Friday night (March 8).

But as they prepared to cast their votes, Ekin-Su was clearly getting upset over the concept of picking someone to potentially boot out of the house. "I don't like this, I like us being a family," she said.

In response, Colson asked: “On Love Island, do you have to say who you want to go on that?" But Ekin-Su snapped back: "This is not Love Island, this is not the same." Colson, who appeared genuinely curious, persisted: "But on that, do you have to say…"

But before he had a chance to finish his sentence, Ekin-Su firmly said: “It’s not the same, please just let it go." It came after Ekin-Su made a brief remark about the show she won with ex Davide Sanclimenti in 2022,
