Celebrity Big Brother fans point out 'mistake' and say 'it makes no sense' following David Potts win

Celebrity Big Brother fans complained over the same 'mistake' after Ibiza Weekender star David Potts won Celebrity Big Brother.

Friday night's highly-anticipated final (March 22) saw the reality star beat Strictly Come Dancing professional Nikita Kuzmin to be crowned winner. More than two million people cast votes throughout the night, with Louis Walsh, Fern Britton and Colson Smith also in the running to win.

AJ Odudu and Will Best were joined by a live studio audience - and a number of previous housemates - to count down the results. Presenter Fern and former X Factor judge Louis finished in fifth and fourth place. Viewers were divided as to whether Louis should've made the final three, with some reckoning he 'carried' the show.

Coronation Street star Colson finished in third place, with Strictly professional dancer Nikita placing runner-up. It meant David, from Bolton, was crowned winner.

Viewers had previously called for the Ibiza Weekender star to win the show after he was tasked to fall out with housemates for a secret mission - and he attempted to pick a fight over the last of the Pepsi being drank. He was also notorious for annoying Louis by singing songs for him 'early' in the morning.

David said he felt 'shocked, on top of the world' and of course 'slay' after winning the show. However fans were left disappointed when Friday's final ended on ITV1 before AJ and Will could properly interview David.

It meant fans had to turn over to ITV2 to watch the coverage on commentary show Big Brother: Late and Live. Many branded the decision to host the winner's interview during the after show as 'stupid.'
