Car overturns in serious crash in Swansea - road shut in both directions - live updates

Emergency services are at the scene of a "serious crash" on the A4118 in Penmaen, Swansea. At least one person is injured and one of the vehicles involved has overturned.

The crash happened at around 9am and the road has been closed by officers from South Wales Police in both directions.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "We are at the scene of a serious collision on the A4118 near Penmaen House, Penmaen, Swansea.

"The road is currently closed in both directions, to and from Oxwich.

"It is expected to remain closed for some time. We are grateful for your patience."
