M4 live updates as caravan crash causes long delays

Emergency services are at the scene of a crash on the M4. The incident happened at around 3.50pm on Monday at Bridgend near Sarn Services at junction 36.

It is understood to involve a car towing a caravan.

Pictures from Traffic Wales show queueing traffic. One of three lanes appears to be closed and the caravan is on the hard shoulder.

Traffic Wales said that emergency services are at the scene.
