Call 999 if you see this missing man believed to be in Manchester

People are being urged to call 999 if they see a missing man who is believed to be in Wythenshawe. Officers have been appealing for help finding Rafal since last week.

In an appeal issued last Friday, Lancashire Police said he was last seen at Mainway, in Lancaster. But in an update this morning (November 6), Greater Manchester Police says Rafal is now believed to be in Wythenshawe.

Rafal, whose surname and age have not been given, was last seen wearing a black jumper with white 'warning explicit content' on the chest. He also wore a grey jacket with a yellow pocket on the chest and right waist, grey/black tracksuit bottoms and possibly another plain grey jacket, Lancashire Police says.

Rafal is described as a large male with a stocky build. He has a freshly shaved head, with a scar on the back and a wound. Officers are increasingly concerned for Rafal's welfare and are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Sharing the appeal on Facebook this morning (November 6), a GMP Wythenshawe spokesperson added: "Can you help Lancashire Police find missing Rafal? It is believed that Rafal may have travelled to the Wythenshawe area."

Anyone with information on Rafal's whereabouts is urged to call Lancashire Police on 101, quoting LC-20231103-0773. For any immediate sightings of Rafal, call 999.
