Claudia Winkleman halted the live final of Strictly Come Dancing 2024 with an announcement. The show's co-host was left asking for 'quiet' in her rowdy 'Clauditorium' just after the last live show of the series got underway.

After a spectacular opening number by the show's professional dancers, who welcomed the four final couples onto the floor in contrasting cobalt blue outfits compared to the others gold sparkles, it was JB Gill and Lauren Oakley who kicked off the final.
