BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Wynne Evans says 'we're back' after declaring love for co-star
Wynne Evans has told fans 'we're back' as he looked ahead to the new year with Katya Jones as their Strictly Come Dancing journey is set to continue.
Viewers of the hit dance show will recall that opera singer Wynne and professional dancer Katya bowed out of the competition after performing during the BBC One dance contest's annual Blackpool special. For one-week only, the show was broadcast from the world-famous Tower Ballroom.
Weeks on and the pair were reunited as they prepared to take part in this year's Strictly final which saw the class of 2024 get one last stint on the ballroom floor.

Taking to Instagram at the time of their reunion, Wynne shared a snap of the pair back in Strictly's famous ballroom and said to his fans and followers: "I’ve spent the day with this one @katyajones and it’s been AMAZING." Katya was quick to respond to the post, sharing a string of red hearts in the comments section.
Now, Wynne has looked ahead to 2025 when he and Jones will reunite for some more dancing as they take part in the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour. which will see a number of the show's stars perform in arenas up and down the country throughout January and February.
The cast of seven celebrities was revealed earlier in the month with the pairings now revealed to be; professional dancer Michelle Tsiakkas and EastEnders star Jamie Borthwick, Kai Widdrington and Olympian Montell Douglas, Aljaz Skorjanec and Love Island star Tasha Ghouri, Vito Coppola and actress Sarah Hadland, Nancy Xu with singer Shayne Ward and Lauren Oakley, Amy Dowden and JLS star JB Gill.
