Barry Robson in astonishing Rangers VAR blast as he claims ANOTHER penalty for rivals 'doesn't look good'

Barry Robson has fired an astonishing dig at Rangers and VAR by claiming the last-gasp penalty doesn't look good on our game and big decisions go the way of the Ibrox side.

The Aberdeen boss was left fuming after his side conceded a late penalty with referee Nick Walsh consulting VAR to award a spot-kick after Connor Goldson's shirt was pulled under a challenge from Dons defender Stefan Gartenmann. James Tavernier customarily converted but it left Robson at full time charging over to the match official and exchanging words. He reckons VAR missed one on his player after Dante Polvara tussled with Goldson in his own area.

And Robson has revealed he just warned Walsh that everything must have been right with the big calls, but took to his post-match press conference to once again share his ire at the decisions the Light Blues get. He said: "There's a lot said about pulling shirts in boxes. The referees had all said not everyone is a penalty when there is a pull of a shirt inside.

"Stefan got blocked, I think we can all see that. VAR haven't bothered looking at the block and just looked at the shirt. We're in trouble aren't we? If this is the way it's going to go. For me, it doesn't look good...another VAR decision going Rangers' way in the 90th minute again. It doesn't look good for..I don't know I'm just frustrated. It took him long enough didn't it? (Walsh) What I feel I can't say."

After the match he told BBC Sportsound: "I just said I hoped we've got it all right, that everything has been done all right again. That's all I asked for..That was it. That was all I asked."
