'Absolutely furious' - Sheffield Wednesday supporters react to Sam Hutchinson's impending exit

Sheffield Wednesday fans are split over the decision to part company with Sam Hutchinson. The fans' favourite has not been offered a new contract and will leave the club at the end of his present deal next month.

As well as Hutchinson, Chey Dunkley and Saido Berahino are also heading for the exit door after the Owls confirmed their retained list. Centre-back Dunkley has spent two years at Hillsborough but has saw his time at the club hampered by injury problems while striker Berahino scored nine goals in 36 appearances.

Joe Wildsmith, Jack Hunt, Massimo Luongo and Massimo Luongo have all been offered new deals to remain at Hillsborough. But here is a selection of responses from Wednesdayites on Twitter to the news that Hutchinson is on his way out of the club:

: "Hutchinson has been class at the back. What is the thought process on that one?? Who will be the central defender of the 3? No Dean, Hutch or Dunkley.
