There are severe delays at the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge after traffic was held due to "multiple incidents". There was already increased traffic in the area due to the earlier closure of the M48 Severn Bridge due to high winds, with the diversion taking drivers to the M4 bridge. It means both Severn bridges are currently closed or blocked.
