Kalvin Phillips Man City transfer latest as Tottenham linked amid Newcastle United interest

Kalvin Phillips has played just 19 minutes of Premier League football since September, which is no way to prepare for Euro 2024. It is no surprise that a Manchester City exit is expected this month having started just two of his 10 outings this season.
