Watch Carl Frampton's Rangers cameo go wrong as former boxing superstar falls flat on his face for Crusaders

Carl Frampton was a surprise cameo opponent against Rangers B on Saturday - but it could have gone better for the boxing legend who fell flat on his face after attempting an ambitious back-heel.

David McCallum's B-team are in Ireland for a mini pre-season tour and faced off with Crusaders in Belfast, running out 3-1 winners over the NIFL Premiership side.

Ross McCausland was the main man with strikes either side of an Arron Lyall finish but all eyes were on the Crusaders bench when a familiar face from the world of boxing got stripped and ready to go for the final 10 minutes.

Former super-featherweight world champ Carl Frampton, a known and vocal fan of both clubs, was given a runout in the friendly clash and for the most part didn't look out of place...until he tried a backheel down the left flank and it all went wrong.
