Fashion Sakala's Rangers exit back ON as £3m Saudi Arabia bid 'resurrected' despite transfer knockback

Saudi Arabian club Al-Fayha are reportedly persisting with a fresh £3m bid for Fashion Sakala despite the striker rejecting their initial advances.

Sakala was offered the chance of a mega payday last week after Rangers accepted an offer but is believed to have said no and has since featured heavily under Michael Beale in pre-season, although was left out against Hoffenheim at the weekend.

But after Beale kept his cards close to his chest and said there was nothing to report following their 2-2 draw, it all led many to believe Sakala would be staying put.

But now the Daily Mail report the Saudi club are undeterred and have come back to the table to convince Sakala to move. And it's believed Rangers are open to letting him leave for the money on the table and would be happy to recoup £3m of the £13m they have spent on new forwards with Danilo, Cyriel Dessers, Sam Lammers and Abdallah Sima all pushing Sakala down the pecking order.
