Keunggulan Max Verstappen di puncak klasemen Formula 1 2024 kembali terpangkas usai finis di belakang Lando Norris di GP Meksiko akhir pekan lalu.

Pembalap Red Bull Racing asal Belanda itu menolak panik. Dalam balapan di Mexico City, Senin (28/10) dinihari WIB itu, Verstappen hanya finis di urutan enam, sedangkan Norris menjadi runner-up di belakang Carlos Sainz yang menjadi pemenang.

Kegagalan Verstappen meraih podium juga disebabkan penalti 20 detik yang harus ia terima akibat dua insiden berbeda antara dirinya dengan Norris di lap 10.
