Urgent appeal issued to find missing girl, 14, who may have travelled to Manchester

Officers are growing concerned for a teenage girl who may have travelled to Manchester. Police say Katelan Coates, from Todmorden in West Yorkshire, is currently missing.

West Yorkshire Police has issued an urgent appeal for help finding the 14-year-old tonight (May 28). The force says Katelan is 5ft 5ins tall, and an image shows her with dark hair which goes past her shoulders.

At the time of her last sighting, West Yorkshire Police says Katelan was wearing black leggings, an orange vest top, and a furry black coat.

Anyone who sees Katelan or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact police as soon as possible.
