Manchester United are poised to be active in the summer transfer market as Erik ten Hag aims to add reinforcements to his squad.
United ended the Premier League in third place and, in doing so, secured Champions League football for next season. Ten Hag also secured the club's first trophy since 2017 when United won the Carabao Cup, as well as reaching the FA Cup final.
United were beaten 2-1 by Manchester City in the latter at Wembley on Sunday. Focus is now on the 2023/24 campaign and strengthening with a striker top of the list.
United have been short in that area after the mid-season departure of Cristiano Ronaldo and Anthony Martial's patchy form and injury record.
