The mother of a missing girl who disappeared ten days ago says she is ‘frightened’ for her daughter’s safety. Katelan Coates was last seen on May 26 after her mum Tina said she went to the fair with her friends in Todmorden, in West Yorkshire.

There have been no official sightings of her since she was spotted on CCTV the next day in Preston. The 14-year-old had left Todmorden bus station at 6.05pm on Friday evening on a bus to Burnley.

She was seen arriving at Burnley bus station at 6.53pm and then on Fishergate in Preston the next day. It was previously suggested she might have been travelling to Manchester.
