Strictly Come Dancing's Adam Thomas knows who his biggest competition is and says 'it is what it is'
Strictly's Adam Thomas has revealed who his biggest competition is - himself. The actor from Manchester has spoken honestly about beating himself up and being too hard on himself at times.
After being told on the Strictly Come Dancing spin-off show It Takes Two that he was on the second half of the leader board, he joked: "You're joking me, I thought I was at the top.
I thought I was doing alright "I know we are in a competition but genuinely the only competition is myself. If I can do better than I did the week before, then I will be happy." Adam and his professional dancing partner Luba Mushtuk will be jiving to Take on me from the film Super Mario Brothers this Saturday (October 7), for week three 'movie week' of the Strictly live shows.
He said: "Training is going well. We are getting through the routine. It's been challenging but we are getting there. "I have constantly got this little voice in my head, beating myself up.
