Blackpool striker Shayne Lavery has been linked with a move to Millwall. The Seasiders forward has started the opening two matches of the Championship season on the bench.

It's understood that Blackpool are open to allowing Lavery to leave this window although it's unclear if that would be on loan or permanent at this stage.

Lavery hit 10 goals in all competitions for Neil Critchley's side last season after a strong start to the campaign but his goals dried up at the end of the campaign.

He has one year left on his deal but the club hold a one-year option. Football Insider claim that Millwall want to sign Lavery and are in advanced talks to do so.
