Soon after superstar Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams reportedly informed his current organization earlier this week that he would prefer to be traded, two potential destinations quickly emerged, both with a common theme.
The New York Jets are reportedly Adams' preferred destination, likely in no small part to the presence of his former Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
But the New Orleans Saints have also been connected to Adams in trade rumors, because they now have his former Fresno State and Raiders quarterback Derek Carr.
Carr confirmed to reporters Thursday that he still considers Adams one of his "best friends" and the two have spoken as recently as this week. "I think all 32 quarterbacks would love to play with Davante.
