Manchester United are looking to sell Brandon Williams as he does not feature in Erik ten Hag’s Old Trafford plans, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke. With ten Hag looking to reshape the squad he has inherited after taking over as the Red Devils’ new boss following the climax of last season, he appears to have already made a decision on Williams.

Williams has returned to the red half of Manchester after spending last season on loan with Norwich City. However, he may not be at Old Trafford for much longer as, according to The Sun, the Red Devils are ready to cash-in on their academy graduate if a bid worth in the region of £10million is tabled.

The report suggests Williams, a one-cap England under-21 international, is in-demand and eager to enjoy more game-time rather than potentially playing a bit-part role at Manchester United.

Nottingham Forest – fresh from securing promotion to the Premier League via the Championship play-offs – have emerged as suitors, along with Aston Villa.
