Nana Kasanwirjo insists Rangers WILL be up for the fight at Pittodrie as they prepare to go toe-to-toe with Jimmy Thelin’s red-hot Aberdeen.

The Light Blues were made to scrap all the way on Sunday as they ground out victory over St Mirren. The 2-1 triumph against Stephen Robinson’s robust Paisley outfit was by no means a glittering performance.

But Kasanwirjo reckons the grit shown by the Ibrox side will be vital as they look to make it a three-way slug out for the title.

Thelin’s dazzling Dons have emerged as this year’s surprise package, matching champions Celtic step for step after starting the Premiership campaign with a nine-game unbeaten run.
