Striker Victor Osimhen has hinted that he wants to stay at Napoli this summer amid ongoing interest from Manchester United in his signature.

United first identified the Nigerian international as a concrete target as far back as last November and have been monitoring him ever since.

Osimhen is currently considered one of the hottest properties in European football after a stellar 2022/23 campaign in Italy.

Helping Napoli scoop their first Serie A title in more than 30 years, the 24-year-old plundered 31 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions, as well as registering five assists.
