Manchester United should have no excuses if they unleash £208m attack without Marcus Rashford

If Marcus Rashford is unavailable for Manchester United on Saturday there will be a concern as to where the goals come from, but that shouldn't be the case when Erik ten Hag is likely to pick a front three costing more than £200million.

Add in Bruno Fernandes as the most attacking midfielder in a 4-2-3-1 and United could field a front quartet that cost £250m, but the burden when it comes to goals has fallen on the shoulders of Rashford, who has 29 of them this season.

If the 25-year-old is out, and Ten Hag didn't sound confident of his chances of featuring, then the Dutchman could turn to Anthony Martial to lead the line once again, having been back on the bench against West Ham.

Antony will begin on the right and Jadon Sancho would be the most likely starter on the left, with Alejandro Garnacho an impact substitute at this stage of his recovery.
