Supporters polled across the Sky Bet Fan Hope Survey showed that no other club's fanbase is more confident going into the next campaign than City fans – with an average optimism rating of nine out of 10, pipping Liverpool (8.8) into a familiar second place.

Pep Guardiola and his bosses have refreshed the team and squad from a position of strength, opting to make significant changes after winning the League.
