Man charged with murder of Sadiq Al-lami in south Manchester

A teenager has been charged with murder following the death of a man in south Manchester. Sadiq Al-lami was injured during an incident on Kingsway, Parrs Wood, East Didsbury, in the early hours of Tuesday (January 23).

The 30-year-old was rushed to hospital, but tragically died a short time later. Noraiz Kamal, 18, of Highbank Drive, Manchester has been charged with murder.

He will appear at Stockport Magistrates' Court on Friday (January 26). Following his death, tributes were paid to Sadiq, described as a 'kind man' who 'touched the hearts of everyone'. Try MEN Premium now for FREE...
