Liverpool should go out and sign Youri Tielemans before the window closes, according to Daily Express journalist Ryan Taylor. Reds boss Jurgen Klopp admitted last week that he was wrong, and he does need to sign a new midfielder, with Taylor suggesting the German should target Leicester star Tielemans.
