Leeds United are trying to land Aberdeen's head of recruitment Jordan Miles. The Dons only headhunted Miles from West Ham United in July.
Leeds now want to offer him a quick-fire return to England to become a major player in their transfer moves. The Championship giants are pushing for a deal and are even trying to get a deal to bring in Miles before the January window opens.
It is likely to see the Dons lose their second head of recruitment in the space of six months. Miles was appointed in July after Darren Mowbray went to Championship rivals Southampton.
Aberdeen director of football Steven Gunn has overseen both appointments and will have contingency plans in place if, as expected, Leeds agree a deal.
