Huddersfield Town, Luton Town and Derby County are interested in former Sheffield United loanee Conor Hourihane. The 31-year-old is available as a free agent after his contract at Aston Villa expired.

Hourihane scored just once in 28 Championship appearances during his season-long loan at Bramall Lane last term. He struggled to oust any of Sander Berge, John Fleck or Oliver Norwood from the starting line-up and started just one of their final eight league matches.

He was also left on the bench in the Blades 2-1 defeat at home to Nottingham Forest in the Championship play-off semi-final first leg.

Paul Heckingbottom brought him on extra-time in the second leg but Hourihane missed from the spot as Forest won on penalties.
