Manchester United are among the biggest spenders in the Premier League but plenty of their rivals have been far more active throughout the transfer window.

The Reds’ new recruits - Andre Onana, Mason Mount and Rasmus Hojlund - have arrived at Old Trafford for a total of around £180m, with more potentially on the way before September 1.

Meanwhile, Fred, Anthony Elanga and Alex Telles have headed for the exit door as the club looks to balance the books, putting United’s net spend in the region of £138m.

In a summer that has seen the British transfer record broken twice in quick succession, United fans will have been keeping a close eye on the deals being completed across the top-flight.
