Our exclusive analysis of the latest Land Registry data has now revealed Greater Manchester's latest property hotspots. Having looked at the average house prices in all postcode areas across the region, these are the five areas where house prices are rising the most. The average price of a property in M32 was £266,419 in 2023, but you can now expect to pay around £299,237 for a home here. The average house price in the OL4 postcode is now £21,161 higher than last year - a rise of 10.6 percent.
