Piers Morgan has labelled Erik ten Hag a "complete idiot" in an extraordinary outburst against the Manchester United manager.
In a lengthy rant, the TV presenter criticised the Dutchman for his handling of Cristiano Ronaldo, which he believes led to the Portuguese forward's decision to leave United just over a year into his second spell at the club.
Morgan also suggested that the 54-year-old struggles to "handle big players." Mentioning stars such as Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford, Morgan targeted Ten Hag's skills as a man manager, accusing him of wasting such talents.
He even mocked the United manager for speaking "gibberish" following his United's recent 3-0 loss to Liverpool.
