Christian Eriksen believes Manchester United will be one of the sides to benefit most from the Premier League's new substitution rules this season.

The English top-flight has introduced a new rule this season that allows the manager of every team to make five changes in a single match — an increase from the previous limit of three.

As a result, teams are now also allowed to name nine substitutes on a bench for each matchday squad, as opposed to the previous limit of seven.

Clubs with a bigger player pool and more high-quality options to choose from look to be the main winners from the rule change, with Erik ten Hag's side being one of those blessed with an incredible amount of talent.
