Chelsea: £150k-a-week star was '100% Tuchel's man' at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea attacker Kai Havertz was a player Thomas Tuchel really trusted, according to journalist Paul Brown. However, with the 49-year-old now no longer at the club, Brown is interested to see how he gets on at Stamford Bridge.

Havertz is thought to be attracting interest from Bayern Munich. According to journalist Simon Phillips, Chelsea expect the German giants to make a serious approach for the former Bayer Leverkusen star next summer.

Havertz joined the Blues in a £71m deal two years ago and had a huge part to play in the club’s 2021 Champions League triumph.

It was the £150,000-a-week Germany international, of course, who scored the only goal in Chelsea’s 1-0 win over Manchester City, which led the London side to their second Champions League trophy.
