Chelsea: £150k-a-week star could make 'surprise' Stamford Bridge exit

Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic could make a “surprise” Stamford Bridge exit, according to CBS journalist Ben Jacobs. The £150,000 per-week ace has played less than 60 minutes in the Blues’ first three Premier League games and Jacobs reckons he could make a late move away from west London.

Pulisic made the £58m move from Borussia Dortmund in January 2019 and while he’s turned out more than 100 times in his three years in English football, he’s struggled to nail down a starting place.

That comes despite more than half of his time at Chelsea coming under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel, who was his manager at Dortmund.

This term, Pulisic has had to settle for three substitute appearances, with Tuchel sending the winger on when the Blues were 3-0 down at Leeds on Sunday.
