British mum in Spain issues urgent warning to people on holiday after passport is 'stolen'

A British woman was left fearing she may be stranded in Spain after her passport was reportedly stolen while she was on holiday.

In an emotional TikTok video, young mum Jess (@je55x) shared her distressing experience, revealing that she was at a McDonald's restaurant when she realised items were missing from her bag, which was hanging open on her child's pushchair. "My passport, my two cards, everything is gone," she said.

Wondering aloud about her return to the UK, she continued: "How the h**l am I going to get home?" Jess said she's since contacted the police, who told her to make her way to the station, which was 1.4 miles away.

She also discovered that attempts had been made to use her bank cards at a nearby steakhouse. Upon reaching the station, Jess encountered another Brit who had experienced a similar theft in Salou, a coastal town on the east of the country.
