Giovanni Pernice made a 'special' comment towards his Strictly Come Dancing co-star as he delighted fans with his return to the ballroom.

The professional dancer was forced to make an early exit from the BBC One dance contest last month after returning for the 2023 series.

Giovanni was partnered with Amanda Abbington for the 2023 series but despite doing well in the competition, she suddenly confirmed she couldn't continue.

The actress pulled out of one of the live shows due to 'medical reasons' before it was announced Amanda would be leaving the show altogether due to 'personal reasons'.
