WWE higher-ups to give push to Raw star that has majorly 'impressed'

WWE fans have long expected Montez Ford to be the breakout star in the Street Profits, but things might pan out slightly differently.

If reports are to be believed, WWE higher-ups are incredibly high on Angelo Dawkins right now, so they believe has improved dramatically recently.

The 32-year-old is now expected to get a decent push within WWE, which is likely to see him wrestling in more singles matches.

Fightful Select is reporting that people within WWE have been left incredibly impressed with Dawkins' in-ring work, and the improvements he's made to his physique as of late.

Dawkins, since June 20, has wrestled in more singles matches than he had from WrestleMania 2021 in April 2021 to May 2021, and there's a reason for that.

Sean Ross Sapp explains that the perception of Dawkins within WWE changing is why he's been given more opportunities to wrestle in singles matches as of late.

Another WWE source said that it's not an accident that Dawkins has been working more singles matches since this Summer. We're told to expect Dawkins to keep getting put into singles matches at a rate that exceeded what we saw before the Summer.

The same source also told Fightful, as noted in their report, that they've overheard WWE higher-ups signing the praises of the former Raw Tag Team Champion.
