Managers always stick to the old line that they only take one game at a time and Swiss side Servette will have Rangers gaffer Michael Beale's full attention right now.

But it will still be impossible to ignore the fact that the play-off round draw takes place before the Light Blues have even kicked a ball in the third qualifying round and that means the Ibrox side will know their exact route to the Champions League group stage.

The good news for Rangers is that they are seeded and, if they get past Servette, will face the winners of two of the other third qualifying round ties - Panathinaikos v Marseille and PSV Eindhoven v Sturm Graz. Rangers of course faced the Dutch side at the same stage last season, have plenty of history with the French giants in this competition going back to the inaugural tournament in 1992/93 and have also faced the Austrians and Greeks in the Champions League. So all eyes will be on the draw and here's all you need to know.

The Champions League play-off round draw will take place at 11am on Monday, August 7. The draw will be held at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland. The ties themselves are scheduled for August 22/23 and 29/30.

The draw is not scheduled to be broadcast live on TV, unfortunately.
