Weekend round-up as Sittingbourne, Margate, Ashford United and Sheppey United secure Isthmian South East wins; Chatham Town, Ramsgate and leaders Folkestone Invicta also victorious in Isthmian Premier

Sittingbourne beat Isthmian South East leaders Three Bridges on Saturday.

Striker Harvey Smith, on a season-long loan from Whitstable, got the game’s only goal in the fourth minute at Woodstock.

To make matters worse for the visitors - whose lead was cut back down to five points - they had forward Noel Leighton dismissed for a second booking in the 87th minute.

Deal’s seven-game winning league run came to an end as they suffered a 2-1 home defeat to second-placed AFC Croydon Athletic.

Ashford cruised to a 4-0 derby win at Herne Bay.

Captain Gary Lockyer and fellow forward Louis Collins struck in the first 45 minutes before midfielders Mike West and Sam Hasler, off the substitutes’ bench, also got in on the act for Craig Stone’s side.

Sheppey United were 2-1 victors at Merstham.

They trailed to Matt Drage’s penalty but playmaker Jacob Lambert levelled things up before half-time and defender Dami
