Wales team announcement Live updates as Gatland names side to face the Barbarians

Warren Gatland will today name his side to take on the Barbarians in Cardiff this weekend.

The match is a farewell for Wales legend Alun Wyn Jones, who will line up and skipper the invitational outfit against Gatland’s charges at the Principality Stadium. Join WalesOnline Rugby's new WhatsApp Channel here.

The Baa-baas named their XV yesterday, with Jones joined in the starting line-up by Justin Tipuric and a host of World Cup stars. For Wales, Saturday presents as opportunity to say goodbye to another legend in Leigh Halfpenny, who is retiring from Test rugby following the conclusion of the match.

The team is due to be announced around noon.
