UFC 276: Julija Stoliarenko snaps Jessica-Rose Clark's arm in brutal submission
Julija Stoliarenko opened UFC 276 in Las Vegas with a gruesome submission of Jessica-Rose Clark.
The 29-year-old earned her first UFC victory after snapping Clark’s arm just 42 seconds into the women’s bantamweight bout.
Stoliarenko was quick to wrestle her opponent onto her back, before locking in a tight armbar. Clark struggled to get out of the situation, eventually conceding and frantically tapping out as her arm was dislocated.
It was the second-fastest submission in bantamweight history, behind only Ronda Rousey’s 14-second win over Cat Zingano in 2015.
Stoliarenko, who avoided a fifth consecutive defeat in the Octagon, earned the Performance of the Night bonus for her efforts.
